Develop strong teamwork working on tearing off crew and collection/dumping crew.&nbsp;</li><li>Able to safely operate and/or support vehicle movement and dumpster delivery for forklifts, trailers, and trucks.</li><li>Inspects existing roof surfaces for dry rot or damaged plywood and conduct basic wood repair/replacement.</li><li>Measure, cut, and properly install all metal work. This includes drip edges, rake edge flashings, valleys, and pipe flashings. Install and fasten underlayment across the entire roof.</li><li>Support with basic roofing, solar and gutter instillation. This will include nailing tiles, feeding shingles and lying flat roof materials.</li></ul> Key Requirements:<ul><li>Construction, labor, landscaping experience is helpful but not required.</li><li>Must have reliable transportation to and from jobsite every day.</li><li>Valid CA Driver's License with a clear driving record (MVR) is strongly preferred.</li><li>The nature of the work requires performance of&nbsp;heavy work&nbsp;such as lifting, carrying, and moving tools, equipment and supplies weighing up to 110 pounds for distances up to 100 feet; constant bending, reaching, pulling, climbing, balancing, and squatting is included.</li></ul> MUST be comfortable working at considerable heights&nbsp;and pitches often in&nbsp;adverse weather conditions.For more information about our company, please visit our web site at <a href="http://www.augustroofing.com/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">http://www.augustroofing.com/</a>.
