While you will not be responsible for writing proposals or managing projects, you will own opportunity creation and ensure smooth handoff to internal sales and production teams.Core Accountabilities<ul><li>New B2B customer acquisition across all service areas</li><li>Lead generation and appointment setting resulting in booked revenue</li><li>Networking, meetings, tradeshows, and association involvement</li><li>Real estate relationship development</li><li>CRM activity and pipeline tracking in HubSpot</li></ul>Key ResponsibilitiesB2B Outreach &amp; Relationship Development<ul><li>Proactively identify and engage target B2B accounts, including HOAs, property managers, contractors, builders, and real estate professionals</li><li>Build long-term, trust-based relationships that generate recurring and referral-driven opportunities</li><li>Represent August Roofing &amp; Solar at HOA meetings, networking events, industry functions, and community gatherings</li><li>Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and partners</li></ul>Lead Generation &amp; Appointment Setting<ul><li>Generate qualified B2B opportunities through cold outreach, warm introductions, networking, and events</li><li>Schedule meetings and appointments for internal sales and estimating teams</li><li>Provide complete documentation and context to ensure smooth opportunity handoff</li><li>Maintain a steady pipeline aligned with annual booked revenue goals</li></ul>Events, Tradeshows &amp; Associations<ul><li>Plan, execute, and staff company participation in tradeshows, expos, HOA events, and industry functions</li><li>Leverage tools and memberships such as CAI and ZoomInfo to identify high-value prospects</li><li>Track ROI from events, associations, and outreach efforts</li></ul>Education &amp; Brand Positioning<ul><li>Deliver presentations, workshops, and educational sessions to position August Roofing &amp; Solar as a trusted industry partner</li><li>Educate partners on roofing, solar, ProCare maintenance programs, and real estate inspection services</li><li>Present to real estate offices on inspection reports and service offerings</li><li>Consistently represent company values, professionalism, and brand standards</li></ul>CRM, Reporting &amp; Internal Alignment<ul><li>Log all outreach, meetings, and opportunities in HubSpot in real time</li><li>Participate in weekly activity and pipeline review meetings</li><li>Track KPIs including outreach volume, meetings set, opportunities created, and booked revenue</li><li>Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to improve conversion outcomes</li><li>Provide market feedback on trends, competitors, and partnership opportunities</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Proven experience in B2B business development, relationship-based sales, or partnerships</li><li>Experience with property management, HOAs, construction, or real estate strongly preferred</li><li>Strong networking, communication, and follow-up skills</li><li>Comfortable with cold outreach, in-person meetings, and event-driven lead generation</li><li>Highly self-directed with excellent time management and organization</li><li>CRM experience required (HubSpot preferred)</li><li>Results-driven mindset with accountability to activity and revenue goals</li></ul>Performance Expectations (First Year)<ul><li>Achieve $3M+ in booked B2B revenue</li><li>Build a consistent, repeatable pipeline of qualified opportunities</li><li>Maintain accurate, up-to-date CRM activity and reporting</li><li>Establish August Roofing &amp; Solar as a trusted partner within targeted B2B communities</li><li>Deliver high-quality opportunities that convert efficiently through internal teams</li></ul>Compensation, Schedule &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Base Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 (based on experience)</li><li>Commission: Performance-based ($20,000-$30,000 annual earning potential)</li><li>Medical insurance 75% employer contribution on base plan</li><li>Company provided&nbsp;dental, and vision insurance&nbsp;</li><li>Retirement plan </li><li>Paid time off, holidays, and sick leave</li><li>Training and professional development opportunities</li><li>Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM</li><li>Occasional evenings and weekends required for events, meetings, and tradeshows</li></ul>Why Join August Roofing &amp; Solar?We are a growing, respected company built on professionalism, accountability, and long-term relationships.
