As a leading Southern California contractor, we specialize in roofing, solar, and maintenance services for homeowners, HOAs, and property managers. Our team is expanding, and we're looking for a Site Supervisor who can combine field oversight with excellent customer service.What You'll DoAs the on-site face of our company, you'll:<ul><li>Serve as the primary customer contact, welcoming homeowners and providing clear, daily updates on progress and next steps.</li><li>Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful jobsite, stepping in as needed for basic clean-up and hands-on support.</li><li>Lead and oversee crews, managing workflow and keeping projects on schedule.</li><li>Ensure top-quality workmanship, proactively identifying and resolving issues before they impact the customer.</li><li>Coordinate logistics, including scheduling deliveries, managing equipment, and occasionally picking up and transporting materials from our yard or local suppliers.</li><li>Document project milestones with photos and notes, and guide customers through the final walkthrough and completion.</li><li>Support business growth, canvassing nearby homes to notify neighbors of upcoming work, provide company information, and generate new appointment opportunities (with incentive-based rewards).</li></ul>What We're Looking For<ul><li>Background in construction, roofing, project management or site supervision (preferred, but not required).</li><li>Strong customer service skills professional, clear, and respectful communication.</li><li>Ability to read project plans and enforce safety/OSHA standards.</li><li>Tech-friendly: CRM systems, photo documentation apps, Microsoft Office/Teams.</li><li>Highly organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities.</li><li>Valid driver's license with a clean record.
