Now, we're looking for a Marketing Lead Response Representative to help us grow and make a greater impact!


Position Overview

As our Marketing Lead Response Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for inbound leads coming from various marketing channels website inquiries, social media, digital ads, and more. Your mission? Engage prospects quickly and effectively, qualify their needs, and schedule appointments for our sales team. You'll play a critical role in our marketing-to-sales pipeline, ensuring every potential customer has a great first experience with our brand.

This role is perfect for someone who's personable, quick-thinking, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping people.


Key Responsibilities

Respond Promptly to Inbound Leads

  • Quickly respond to leads via phone, email, text, or CRM notifications.
  • Follow up on web form submissions, ad inquiries, and social media responses.

Qualify Prospective Customers

  • Ask the right questions to determine service needs, timeline, and fit.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of our roofing and solar offerings.

Schedule Appointments for the Sales Team

  • Coordinate calendars and book appointments for consultations and estimates.
  • Clearly communicate next steps and ensure smooth handoffs to the sales team.

Maintain CRM Accuracy & Lead Tracking

  • Log all lead interactions, update lead statuses, and ensure all notes are clear and complete.
  • Track and report conversion rates, response times, and appointment setting performance.

Support Marketing Campaigns

  • Follow up with leads generated through campaigns and nurture long-term prospects.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and patterns.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in a customer service, lead response, inside sales, or marketing support role.

Strong communication skills confident, clear, and friendly on the phone and in writing.

Ability to manage multiple lead channels with attention to detail and speed.

Familiarity with CRM platforms and lead tracking tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).

Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-driven.

Experience in construction, solar, or home services is a plus, but not required.
