This is a revenue-driving, deal-advancing position. What You'll Be Responsible ForYou will work directly with our Sales Director and outside sales team to ensure consistent follow-up, proposal advancement, and contract conversion.Lead Engagement &amp; Appointment Setting<ul><li>Respond quickly and professionally to inbound inquiries</li><li>Conduct outbound follow-up to warm, cold, stale, and dormant opportunities</li><li>Set qualified appointments for repair, HOA, and property management projects</li><li>Properly document and qualify leads before handoff</li></ul>Proposal Follow-Up &amp; Closing Support<ul><li>Proactively follow up on proposals that haven't closed</li><li>Re-engage lost or inactive bids to uncover renewed opportunities</li><li>Maintain consistent communication cadence throughout the sales process</li><li>Identify stalled deals and implement structured follow-up plans</li><li>Ask for the business and help drive contracts to signature</li></ul>Pipeline &amp; CRM Discipline (HubSpot)<ul><li>Maintain clean, accurate, and organized records in HubSpot</li><li>Monitor deal aging and opportunity progression</li><li>Ensure no qualified lead remains untouched</li><li>Support weekly pipeline review meetings with accurate reporting</li></ul>Revenue &amp; Team Support<ul><li>Handle inbound calls with urgency and professionalism</li><li>Support Daniel primarily with repair and maintenance jobs</li><li>Assist with HOA and property management company relationships</li><li>Collaborate closely with leadership to identify process improvements</li></ul>Who This Role Is Perfect ForThis position is ideal for someone who:<ul><li>Naturally follows up and doesn't let things fall through the cracks</li><li>Is comfortable asking for the business and getting contracts signed</li><li>Is persistent on the phone without being pushy</li><li>Keeps CRM systems clean without being reminded</li><li>Takes ownership of moving deals forward</li><li>Communicates steadily and builds trust quickly</li><li>Enjoys tracking numbers and improving conversion rates</li><li>Handles objections calmly and professionally</li></ul>If you wait for direction, this role won't be a fit.
